Are the products the same as the pictures?

1、In-stock items: free cancellation is available up until the time of shipping.

"Is it possible to visit the production facility to monitor the order's progress?"
“Due to the proprietary nature of the craftsmanship involved in our intangible cultural heritage products, we regret that we are unable to accommodate client visits to our production facilities. However, we offer paid guided workshop tours and hands-on experience programs. Guests who are interested are welcome to make a reservation in advance.”
